Information re Labor Day 1984 Homicide in Sacramento, CA?
Q. I'm looking for information about a rape/murder by janitor of two employees that took place on Monday, Labor Day, 1984, in Sacramento, California. The two victims were female employees of Progressive Insurance in Rancho Cordova (Sacto County) and were working alone in the building on Monday, Labor Day in 1984 and were brutally stabbed to death by a male janitor working in the building that day. The women were the only two employees in the building at the time. One was also raped. I'm a former employee of Progressive Insurance and worked at that same branch one year later (that branch office moved its location a couple of miles away after the murders). A. This was a real tragedy. Too many murders out of Rancho Cordova then, and now. rcpd won't be of any help with this. rcpd is sacramento county sheriff's dept under contract to the city of rancho cordova to provide law enforcement services. they will tell you to look up news articles. google news archive has the newsbank archives from sacramento bee in 1984. has names, dates, etc. . you could then do public document searches. Sacramento County Municipal Courts web site has a case index which, once you had the murderer's name, you could search to get case numbers to use and further research the case. Q. can anyone give me info or an internet site about mexico homicide laws??? like laws for determining if it's a 1st degree, 2nd, or third degree murder? i've got a newspaper article in skool to do, and i have to determine MYSELF if it's a 1, 2, or third degree murder SRRY but WTF i'm writing a article so hello??? i can obviously ask people for help to give me some websites about crime laws so that i myself can determine in my point of veiw what murder degree it is>?? how is this cheating how is that cheating??
