A. Education, training and spreading the information, creating awareness, identifying problems and giving commercially viable solutions. I think in these area people do have technologies which they are using since many decades and they are reluctant to use it for people other than their community.

A. Something Iraq has and we don't ... citizens who participate in their democracy. (80% + voter turnout in Iraq, less than 60% here) Democracy means literally "rule of the people" so therefore, if one does not chose to exercise their right to rule it isn't truly a democracy... so in a sense "participatory democracy" a redundant phrase. Here in the US we have a democratic Republic, meaning we vote for those who vote for us (President, Congress, legislatures, city council members what-have-you) We would only have a democracy if every person voted on every issue that went before Congress, and although with internet access that might be plausible in the near future, democracies tend to be nothing more than "mob rule" and oppressiveness by… [cont.]

A. Participatory notes are instruments used by foreign funds / investors who are not registered with the SEBI but are interested in taking exposure in Indian securities Participatory notes are generally issued overseas by the associates of India-based foreign brokerages. Participatory Notes are simple derivative instruments that investors not registered in India or Mauritius use to trade in Indian markets. These investors place their order through brokerage houses that have Mauritius-based FII accounts. The brokerage houses then repatriate the dividends and capital gains back to these entities. In this case, the broker acts like an exchange: it executes the trade and uses its internal accounts to settle the trade. They keep the investor s… [cont.]

A. Participatory democracy means that people are able to participate in government decisions, that can be achieved by referendums for example, which in these days are the most known method of giving people possibility to participate. The pros are that you get a more real democracy, because everybody says if a decision taken from the president or the parliment is good or not. The cons are that it could cause a lot of trouble in a nation because of the difference of interests that each group in the society has.

A. Geez, do I have to explain everything to you? Omniscient is "God Mode", to use gamers terminology. Omniscient means "knows everything", and that is the viewpoint; that the narrator is observing above all the characters in the book and sees what everyone is doing all the time. Tom Clancy's "Hunt for Red October" is an example of this viewpoint, where all the Russian & American military and civilian characters have no secrets from the reader and the plot flows transparently. Participatory is first person viewpoint (I, me, mine) where the plot is filtered through one protagonist whose imperfect knowledge of other characters' actions and motives moves the story along. Mickey Spillane's "Mike Hammer" detective books would be an example of the… [cont.]

A. I am not sure of the context of your question but I hope this helps. I suspect that everything that happens is controlled by a person or creative living agent. If life is a dream then the dreamers are the controllers and observers. If there is only one observer then I am it since I can observe. If I admit that you might also be an observing participator in life, then either you are a different person to me or we are both the same person but don't realize it. If we are separate observers and participators in life then we must interact in ways that change what we observe. E.g. our knowledge of our selves and the wider world can be added to by learning from others. In science there are laws suggesting that the mere act of observation… [cont.]

Is the universe participatory?
Q. In other words - does the universe adapt to man as man adapts to the universe, and if that is so, why are there such things as supposed global warmings. I do not consider the universe inanimate. A. Action research or participatory action research is a recognized form of experimental research that focuses on the effects of the researcher's direct actions of practice within a participatory community with the goal of improving the performance quality of the community or an area of concern. Self-advocacy refers to the civil rights movement for people with developmental disabilities , also called cognitive or intellectual disabilities, and other disabilities. It is also an important term in the disability rights movement, referring to people with disabilities taking control of their own lives, including being in charge of their own care in the medical system. Q. Does anyone else think it's a good idea to have a "pre-father's day" for my sons? (grandpas are dead) Okay, there is something wrong with anyone who would hook their dad up with a lady for father's day- unless he's single. We normally give gifts, take them out for dinner, that kind of thing. This way my boys get the idea I'm not anti-man. Too all you dummies out there, it's called PRE-father's day for a reason: all my boys will hopefully be future fathers. groan...does anyone really read the whole question anymore before answering? I see this all the time in here on most questions, not just mine. Pay attention to the entire content please? Sometimes we call if FUTURE father's day for our future fathers. My boys love it.
